Health & Safety: Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving. You will be required to complete a waiver and medical statement prior to travel.

Medical Certificate: If you suffer from a recent or chronic illness/condition that may affect your dive fitness, or are taking prescription medication, you must consult a doctor and obtain a 'fit to dive' medical certificate completed within 12 months of starting your course.

Flying after Diving: We recommend a wait of 12 hours (preferably 24 hours if doing multiple dives) before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical issues, and emergency evacuations.

Taxes & Charges: A Government Environmental Management Charge, Port Departure Tax, and administration fee are included in your total fare where applicable.

Cancellation: You can cancel your dive trip for any reason at any time up to 48 hours (6am AEST) before commencement and receive a full refund of all money paid to Pro Dive Cairns.

No Refund: There will be no refunds for any reason after this time.

Dives Variation: The number of dives may vary subject to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Agent Bookings: If you plan to book through a travel agent, please ask if they have any cancellation fees.

5-Day Learn to Dive & 4-Day Day Trips: You can cancel your learn to dive course for any reason up to the end of Day 1 (6pm) of the course and receive a full refund of all money paid to Pro Dive Cairns. There is no refund for any reason after this time.

4-Day eLearning to Dive: The course portion is fully refundable up until 48 hours before course commencement. The eLearning portion of the course is non-refundable. Please contact us for the current value of the course.

2-Day Scuba Pool & Referral: You can cancel your program for any reason at any time up to 48 hours before commencement and receive a full refund of all money paid to Pro Dive Cairns. There is no refund for any reason after this time.

Dives Variation: The number of dives may vary subject to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Agent Fees: Travel agent cancellation fees may apply if booking through an external agent.

Advanced & Nitrox Courses (Liveaboard): You can cancel your dive trip for any reason at any time up to 48 hours (6am AEST) before commencement and receive a full refund of all money paid to Pro Dive Cairns. There will be no refunds for any reason after this time.

Advanced/Nitrox Combo: The liveaboard portion of this course is fully refundable up until 48 hours before departure. The eLearning portion is non-refundable.

Refresher Course: You can cancel your refresher course for any reason at any time up to 24 hours before its start date and receive a full refund of all money paid to Pro Dive Cairns. There is no refund for any reason after this time.

Dives Variation: The number of dives may vary subject to weather and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

Divemaster Trip & Course: The trip/course amount is fully refundable up until 24 hours before course commencement.

eLearning: The online learning portion of the course is non-refundable.
