Learn to Dive Course 4 Days Day Trips
If time prevents you from participating in our popular five-day course and you would prefer to be on land each evening, this four-day course is the perfect option for you.
Partnering with Quicksilver Dive, a 5 Star PADI diver training centre based in Port Douglas, you’ll have the unique experience of doing your classroom and pool training in Cairns and then completing your training dives at the stunning Agincourt ribbon reefs from Port Douglas.
The four-day course consists of two parts:
- Two days of pool and classroom training at Pro Dive Cairns Training Centre.
- Two day trips to the Agincourt ribbon reefs, departing from Port Douglas with Quicksilver Dive.
The first two days of the course are spent at Pro Dive Cairns 5 Star PADI training centre, where you will learn dive theory in air-conditioned classrooms and basic skills of scuba diving in the pool. Centrally located in Cairns city, our modern training centre features the deepest four-metre diver training pools in the region, ensuring a professional and safe learning environment.
Days three & four are spent on the Great Barrier Reef with Quicksilver Dive aboard one of their custom-built dive and snorkel catamarans. At the stunning Agincourt reefs, students complete four training dives. At the end of Day 4, you will be a certified PADI Open Water Diver! You will potentially have the opportunity to do an additional two pleasure dives as a certified diver.
This course is a nationally recognised training program and is delivered on behalf of PADI Asia Pacific.
