Important Information

• The trip fee is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to trip commencement.

• Please complete and sign the Waiver Release & Indemnity Deed prior to arrival:

• Bring a printed copy of the signed waiver and your dive medical (only if required; see below) when you check in for your trip and/or Refresher Course. Alternatively, you can email these documents to shop@prodivecairns.com prior to check in.

1. Since completing your last dive medical, have you suffered any illness, injury or surgery that may affect your ability to dive safely?

2. Are you currently suffering from any illness or injury?

3. Are you currently taking any prescription medication (other than the contraceptive pill)?

4. Is there any other condition, fact or circumstance that may affect your fitness or ability to dive safely?

Please note: Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving.

• You must provide proof of a PADI Open Water certification or equivalent from another recognised dive organisation.

• If you would like to upgrade your certification, please refer to the Courses section on our website for options available onboard.

• This is a pool-based program conducted separately from your boat trip.

• It is scheduled on a different date to your tour/course.

• Bus transfers are not provided. Please make your own way to our Training Centre at: 116 Spence Street, Cairns

• Arrival time: 9:00am

• Up to 11 dives (for certified divers)

• 2 nights’ accommodation onboard

• Cairns accommodation transfers. Northern Beaches (as far north as Palm Cove) transfers can also be arranged for an extra fee of $50.

Please note:

• Certified dives are generally unguided.

• Guided dives may be available depending on staff availability.

• Towels are not included. Please bring two towels per person (one for diving and one for showering).

When reconfirming, please advise us of your Cairns accommodation details so we can arrange transfers.

If you are unable to confirm your pick-up location prior to departure, you must make your own way to our retail shop for a 6:20am check-in.

• You may organise your hire gear for your trip at our retail shop any day prior to departure. The shop is open from Monday to Sunday 12pm to 6pm.

• We strongly recommend all divers take out travel insurance.

• We recommend waiting 24 hours after diving before flying.
